The investor workspace is staged. Initial NDA unlocks the company briefing and the commercial overview. Advanced diligence and the full regulatory file are released at term-sheet stage. Nothing in the portal is self-service — every release is logged and individually attributed.

Company briefing.

Executive strategic positioning, commercial overview, market footprint across nine live markets, and the four-product architecture. The single document external advisors are briefed on.
